In the context of high-quality economic development,improving the testing ability of food production enterprises is crucial to maintaining food safety and quality.This paper investigates and studies the personnel,equipment and area of food production enterprises'laboratories in Qufu city,Shandong province,summarizes the development status of food production enterprises in Qufu city,analyzes the existing problems and their causes in depth,and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions,with a view to providing decision-making reference for the supervision work of relevant departments.It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to improve testing ability.
