As one of the important cities in Fujian province,Quanzhou has an active online food ordering market,and the regulatory authorities are facing huge regulatory challenges.This paper analyzes the current situation of food safety supervision in Quanzhou city,analyzes the problems existing in the supervision process,and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures,aiming to provide decision-making reference for comprehensive law enforcement of market supervision and other relevant departments.
