山东医药技师学院食品安全抽检问题与对策研究

本文以山东医药技师学院为例,分析其食品安全抽检的流程、抽检结果分析及存在的问题。结果表明,多数食品品类的合格率较高,但餐饮具(94。27%)、炒货及坚果制品(94。44%)和饮料(93。11%)的合格率稍低,农药残留占比最高,为32。22%,其次是食品添加剂(18。93%)、污染物(11。87%)。针对这些问题,提出了从源头到终端的综合改进措施,包括加强源头监管、强化生产和流通环节的监督以及提升餐饮环节的清洁管理等,通过全方位的监管措施,可以有效提升食品安全管理水平,保障消费者的健康,促进食品产业的可持续发展。
Research on Food Safety Sampling Issues and Countermeasures at Shandong Medical Technician College
Taking Shandong Medical Technician College as an example,this paper analyzes the process,effectiveness and existing problems of food safety sampling inspection.The results showed that the qualification rates of most food categories were relatively high,but the qualification rates of tableware(94.27%),stir fried and nut products(94.44%),and beverages(93.11%)were slightly lower.Pesticide residues accounted for the highest proportion at 32.22%,followed by food additives(18.93%)and pollutants(11.87%).In response to these problems,this paper puts forward comprehensive improvement measures from the source to the terminal,including strengthening the source supervision,strengthening the supervision of production and circulation links,and improving the clean management of catering links.Through comprehensive regulatory measures,it can effectively improve the level of food safety management,protect the health of consumers,and promote the sustainable development of the food industry.
