Research on Food Safety Sampling Issues and Countermeasures at Shandong Medical Technician College
Taking Shandong Medical Technician College as an example,this paper analyzes the process,effectiveness and existing problems of food safety sampling inspection.The results showed that the qualification rates of most food categories were relatively high,but the qualification rates of tableware(94.27%),stir fried and nut products(94.44%),and beverages(93.11%)were slightly lower.Pesticide residues accounted for the highest proportion at 32.22%,followed by food additives(18.93%)and pollutants(11.87%).In response to these problems,this paper puts forward comprehensive improvement measures from the source to the terminal,including strengthening the source supervision,strengthening the supervision of production and circulation links,and improving the clean management of catering links.Through comprehensive regulatory measures,it can effectively improve the level of food safety management,protect the health of consumers,and promote the sustainable development of the food industry.
