Safety Control in the Production Process of Dairy Products in China
Milk and dairy products have become a necessity in people's lives because of their comprehensive nutrition,easy digestion and absorption,and suitability for all kinds of people.At the same time,as an important part of the national economy,the development of the dairy industry can not only promote the development of China's animal husbandry,but also promote the growth of the rural economy and increase the economic income of dairy farmers.At this stage,China's dairy products are in a critical period of building trust in food safety.This article analyzes the factors affecting dairy safety from the perspectives of raw milk quality,dairy product sterilization technology,and equipment cleaning and disinfection,and proposes control measures such as improving raw milk quality and cleaning and disinfection of production equipment,aiming to provide a reference for improving the safety level of dairy production in China.
