Study on the Determination of Chloramphenicol Residues in Honey by Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry/Mass Spectrometry
The method for determining chloramphenicol residues in honey using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry was established.Honey samples were extracted with ethyl acetate, purified using an EN solid phase extraction column, concentrated by nitrogen blowing, and analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometer using internal standard method. The results showed that the linear relationship of chloramphenicol was good, with a detection limit of 0.04 μg·kg-1 and a limit of quantitation of 0.1 μg·kg-1.The recovery rate was within the range from 89.5%to 104.1%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.98%to 3.86%,which can meet the regulatory detection of chloramphenicol residues in honey.
