Study on Matrix Effects of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry on the Determination of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables
Five kinds of vegetables were selected as substrates, and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry were used to detect them, and the matrix effect was analyzed. The results showed that most of the pesticide components showed weak matrix effect in the five vegetable matrices, and a few showed strong matrix effect.Furthermore, the sample matrix with strong matrix effect was selected for QuEChERS purification treatment, and the changes of matrix effect before and after purification were compared and analyzed, and it was found that the pesticide matrix effect was weakened after purification by QuEChERS method. In the detection of pesticide residue matrix effect, the samples with strong matrix effect and weak matrix effect can be directly quantitatively analyzed. For samples with strong matrix effects,a standard curve needs to be prepared for quantitative correction to ensure accurate and reliable pesticide residue detection results.
