Study on the Sensitivity of Enzyme Inhibition Rapid Detection Method for Five Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Vegetables
This paper studies the sensitivity of the enzyme inhibition rapid detection method for the determination of 5 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables. The effectiveness of the method was verified by gas chromatography, and sensitivity tests were carried out.The results showed that the enzyme inhibition rapid detection method had good stability and repeatability, and the sensitivity met the requirements for the detection limit of the rapid detection of 5 organophosphorus pesticide residues. It can be used for the rapid detection of pesticide residues in fruit and vegetable products in vegetable production areas, farmers'markets and grassroots market supervision departments.
