Comparative Study on Rapid Detection Methods for Pesticide Residues in Cabbage
Enzyme inhibition rate method and colloidal gold immunochromatography were used to detect 8 pesticides with high residual risk in Chinese cabbage, and the quantitative detection results of gas chromatography were used as the evaluation basis to compare the detection results of the two rapid detection methods. The results showed that colloidal gold immunochromatography has a wider detection range, higher accuracy, and stronger specificity than enzyme inhibition rate method, and is suitable for detecting pesticide residues in cabbage in vegetable production areas, markets, and grassroots regulatory departments.
