Objective:To analyze the results of the proficiency verification of carbofuran in yam and evaluate the laboratory's ability to detect pesticide residues quantitatively.Method:According to the operation instructions,the content of carbofuran in yam was determined by LC-MS/MS.Result:The detected value of carbaryl in yam was 0.194 mg·kg-1,with a Z-value of-0.8,results is satisfactory.Conclusion:The results of this capability verification confirmed that the laboratory has the ability to detect the residues of carbofuran residues in yam.
