Determination of Solvent Residues in Edible Vegetable Oils by Headspace Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
In this paper,a method for the simultaneous determination of six solvent residues in edible vegetable oil by headspace gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is established. After edible vegetable oil is added to the internal standard,it is heated to gas-liquid equilibrium in a headspace sampler, and the resulting gas is separated by a gas chromatograph and entered the mass spectrometer for detection. The results show that the target substances have a good linear relationship within a certain linear range, the correlation coefficients are all greater than 0.999,the detection limits are 0.001 5 mg·kg-1 to 0.196 3 mg·kg-1,the recovery rate is 90.06%to 102.56%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.42%to 2.71%.This method is simple to operate, highly sensitive, accurate and reliable, and is suitable for the determination of solvent residues in edible vegetable oil.
