新型食品包装材料中双酚A迁移量检测方法的优化与质控措施

目的:建立灵敏、可靠的新型食品包装材料中双酚A(Bisphenol A,BPA)迁移量的检测方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法测定4种新型食品包装材料中BPA分别在10%乙醇溶液、3%乙酸溶液、正庚烷和橄榄油4种食品模拟物中的特定迁移量.结果:建立的BPA检测方法灵敏度高、重现性好,所有材料的BPA特定迁移量均未超过0.6mg·kg-1标准限值,但在3%乙酸中的迁移量最高(0.136~0.355 mg·kg-1),且壳聚糖/纤维素纳米晶复合膜的迁移量高于其他材料.
Optimization and Quality Control Measures for the Detection of Bisphenol A Migration in Novel Food Packaging Materials
Objective:To establish a sensitive and reliable method for detecting bisphenol A migration in novel food packaging materials.Method:High performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection was used to determine the specific migration of BPA from four novel food packaging materials into four food simulants(10%ethanol,3%acetic acid,n-heptane,and olive oil).Result:The established method had high sensitivity and reproducibility.The BPA migration in all materials did not exceed the standard limit of 0.6 mg·kg-1,but the highest migration was found in 3%acetic acid rang from 0.136 mg·kg-1 to 0.355 mg·kg-1,with the chitosan/cellulose nanocrystal composite film showing higher migration than other materials.
