Analysis of Volatile Components of a Commercially Available Energy Drink
The volatile components of a commercially available energy drink are analyzed by solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.A total of 52 volatile components are analyzed,including 31 esters,6 alcohols,4 aldehydes and acids,3 ketones and phenols,and 1 olefin.By smelling the aroma,the aroma of this energy drink is divided into four fragrance:fruity,floral,milky and herbaceous,but its aroma is mainly complex fruity,and the fragrance of flowers,herbs and milk makes its aroma very special.
