Determination of Fluoride in Food by Alkali-Melting-Ashing Ion Chromatography
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of fluoride in food by alkali fusion-ashing-ion chromatography.Method:The samples were melted and calcined with sodium hydroxide, ashed in a muffle furnace, filtered and detected by ion chromatography. The target compounds were separated by anion chromatography column and quantified by external standard method.Result:The linear range of the method was 0~2.000 mg·L-1,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 1;the detection limit was 0.2 mg·kg-1,and the quantification limit was 0.5 mg·kg-1.According to the experimental method, the recovery rates of animal agricultural products were 81.3%~95.7%,and the relative standard deviations were 3.16%~6.57%;the recovery rates of plant agricultural products were 81.3%~89.6%,and the relative standard deviations were 3.28%~7.19%;the recovery rates of processed foods were 81.8%~94.9%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.97%~6.83%;the results of quality control samples met the labeling requirements. Conclusion:The method has good precision, repeatability and accuracy,is stable and reliable, and can provide technical support for the supervision of fluoride in food.
