Optimization of Carbohydrate Intake Strategies in Professional Endurance Athletes
The carbohydrate intake of endurance athletes in China is generally low,and most of them are carbohydrates.Insufficient carbohydrate intake in endurance training can have adverse effects on athletes'athletic ability,strength,heart rate,and physical fitness.Therefore,endurance athletes should pay attention to carbohydrate intake and optimize carbohydrate intake strategies.This article analyzes the physiological functions of carbohydrates in endurance training,as well as the impact of carbohydrate intake on exercise ability,and proposes optimization strategies for carbohydrate intake.
