摘要

粮油质量作为食品安全监测的重点内容,直接关系到公众健康与安全.为了有效检测真菌毒素并确保食品安全,必须深入研究粮油真菌毒素检测技术.因此,本文介绍了粮油产品中常见的真菌毒素,分析了传统和现代真菌毒素检测技术的特点,旨在为粮油真菌毒素检测技术的应用和发展提供理论参考.

Abstract

As a key aspect of food safety monitoring,the quality of grain and oil is directly related to public health and safety.In order to effectively detect fungal toxins and ensure food safety,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the detection technology of fungal toxins in grain and oil.Therefore,this article introduces common fungal toxins in grain and oil products,analyzes the characteristics of traditional and modern fungal toxin detection techniques,and aims to provide theoretical reference for the application and development of grain and oil fungal toxin detection technology.
