Study on the Influence of Food Sample Preparation on the Detection Results of Pesticide Residues
This paper systematically analyzes the effects of sample pulverization and homogenization, storage conditions, and extraction and purification processes on the detection results of food pesticide residues. The increase in temperature during the pulverization process can lead to the degradation of heat-sensitive pesticides, improper storage conditions can cause pesticide degradation, volatilization and adsorption, and poor extraction and purification efficiency will affect the pesticide recovery rate.In response to these problems, this paper proposes control measures such as low-temperature pulverization, optimizing the storage environment, and improving the extraction and purification methods, providing a technical reference for improving the accuracy of pesticide residue detection results.
