Research on the Application of Al Audit Software in Prepackaged Food Label Audit
This article discusses the application points of artificial intelligence(AI)review software in the review of prepackaged food labels.Different technologies and review methods used in stages such as image preprocessing,text recognition,information extraction,semantic understanding,compliance judgment,result output and feedback are discussed,and the feasibility of AI review software application is demonstrated.In the future,based on the needs of prepackaged food label review work,we should highlight the integration of multiple technologies and enrich and expand the functions of AI review software.This study provides a reference for the intelligent development of prepackaged food label review work.
