预制菜产业对农产品的深加工,产业链延伸及一二三产业融合具有重要作用.广东省因其饮食文化、经济水平和市场需求,具备发展预制菜产业的潜力.然而,该产业标准化水平相对较低.面临国家和行业标准不统一、无法确保产品质量安全等挑战.基于此,本文分析了广东省预制菜产业相关标准现状,探讨了其标准化体系建设存在的问题,并提出了有效对策,以期为广东省预制菜产业的发展提供理论参考.
Exploration of the Construction of Standardized Systems for the Prefabricated Food Industry in Guangdong
The prefabricated vegetable industry,plays an important role in the deep processing of agricultural products,the extension of industrial chain,and the integration of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.Guangdong province has the potential to develop the pre packaged food industry due to its food culture,economic level,and market demand.However,the standardization level of this industry is relatively low.Facing challenges such as inconsistent national and industry standards and inability to ensure product quality and safety.Based on this,this article analyzes the current situation of relevant standards in the prefabricated vegetable industry in Guangdong province,explores the problems in the construction of its standardization system,and proposes effective countermeasures,in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Guangdong province.
