Comparative studies of food safety supervision administration system at home and abroad
In this article, food safety traceability system, supervision team and the controlling of pesticide residue at home and abroad were comparatively studied. The results showed that, there were relatively perfect food safety traceability system, effective food safety supervisor system, and strict pesticide residue standards in edible agricultural products and foods in developed countries, and there was a gap between China's food safety supervision system and developed countries. We should establish the food safety traceability system as soon as possible according to the Food Safety Law, strengthen the construction of the food safety supervisor team and the controlling of pesticide residue, and improvethemaximum residue limit standards of pesticide residues in the edible agricultural products and food.
