Optimization of Subcritical Butane Extraction Process for Arecoline from Byproduct Areca Core

为优化低温亚临界技术萃取副产物槟榔芯中槟榔碱工艺,在单因素试验基础上,以槟榔碱萃取率为考察指标,选择液料比、萃取温度、时间进行响应面优化试验设计,确定最佳工艺参数.结果表明,萃取工艺最佳参数为萃取时间40 min、液料比9∶1(mL/g)、萃取温度47 ℃、萃取次数4次,在此条件下油状萃取物收率为1.2%.萃取物中生物碱主要是槟榔碱,其萃取率可达4.46 mg/g.试验得到低温亚临界萃取副产物槟榔芯中槟榔碱的最佳工艺参数,该参数稳定可靠,可为开发槟榔资源提供一定参考.
In order to optimize the extraction process of arecoline from byproduct areca core by low temperature subcritical technology,on the basis of single factor experiment,arecoline extraction yield was selected as the index,the liquid-solid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time were selected for response surface optimization test design,and the optimal process parameters were determined.The results showed that the optimal extraction parameters were as follows:extraction time 40 min,liquid-solid ratio 9∶1(mL/g),extraction temperature 47 ℃,and extraction times 4.Under above condition,the yield of oil extract was 1.2%,and the extraction yield of arecoline was 4.46 mg/g by HPLC detection.The optimum technological parameters for extraction of arecoline from byproduct areca core by low temperature subcritical technology were obtained.These parameters are stable,reliable and useful,which can provide reference for the development of areca-nut resources.
