Research on Revising the Hardness Testing Results of Silm Cigarettes on a Comprehensive Testing Platform
In this study,the revision of the test results of silm cigarettes hardness on the comprehensive test bench under different conditions is discussed,and the method of fine cigarette hardness correction is established.The results show that,the cigarette hardness results of the instrument are corrected,so as to ensure the consistency of the measurement results and to ensure the quality of cigarette production and processing.Two brands of cigarette samples A and B are selected as the correction samples for the hardness measurement results.Through the study on the pressure duration of fine cigarette hardness measurement parameters,it is determined that the hardness of fine cigarette decreases with the increase of the duration from 10 s to 15 s,and the hardness value increases by 1.0％when the pressure duration is 10 s,that is,the hardness value when the pressure duration is 10 s can be used as the correction value when the pressure duration is 15 s.At the same time,this method is also a method innovation of hardness result correction.This method is simple and practical,and can effectively improve work efficiency.It has important guiding role and far-reaching significance for the correction of other cigarette physical indicators.
