Human Experimental Study on Regulation of Intestinal Flora by Fructooligosaccharide Seabuckthorn Black Tea Powder
Study the health function of fructose-oligosaccharide sea buckthorn black tea powder in regulating human intestinal flora.Self-control and intergroup control design were used. The test group was fed fructose-oligosaccharide sea buckthorn black tea powder for 15 days. The control group was a blank control group. The quantity of enterobacterium, enterococcus, clostridium perfringens, bacteroides, lactobacillus and bifidobacterium were observed before and after the test. The quantity of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium in the test group increased significantly after the trial compared with that before the trial(P<0.01).The number of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium in test group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The number of perfringens decreased(P<0.05),and the number of enterobacter, enterococcus and Bacteroides had no significant change. There were no significant abnormal changes in blood pressure, heart rate, blood, stool, urine routine and blood biochemical indexes after the test, and no obvious adverse reactions were observed during the test.Fructooligosaccharide seabuckthom black tea powder has the health function of regulating human intestinal flora.
