The course"Food Creative Research and Development"implements the OBE education concept,with moral education as the foundation,combining knowledge transmission,ability cultivation,emotional shaping,and potential stimulation to achieve comprehensive teaching objectives;Innovate ideological and political courses to enhance the effectiveness of co-frequency resonance education.Benchmark industry needs and optimize teaching content;Combine online and offline mixed teaching,flipped classroom,case analysis and other teaching methods to promote classroom efficiency;Adhering to the curriculum evaluation method of"whole process assessment ability diversification",effectively improve the"gender equality"of the curriculum,and ultimately establish a curriculum that meets the requirements for cultivating applied food quality and safety professionals.
