摘要

为更好实现立德树人的育人理念、提高课程授课效果与质量,以葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业人才培养目标的育人需求,结合授课内容深入探索、挖掘"葡萄酒品尝学"思政元素,落实葡萄与葡萄酒专业教育与思政教育的有机融合,达到教学相宜的教学效果.课程通过实践,初步获得"葡萄酒品尝学"课程思政教学改革的实施路径,为具有该专业的院校同行教学提供一定参考经验.

Abstract

In order to better realize the educational concept of morality education and to improve the teaching effect and quality of college courses,based on the educational needs of the training objectives of grape and wine engineering professionals,this paper explores and excavates the ideological and political elements of"Wine Tasting"in combination with the teaching content,and implements the organic integration of grape and wine professional education and ideological and political education,so as to achieve the teaching effect suitable for teaching.Through practice,the implementation path of ideological and political teaching reform of"Wine Tasting"course has been preliminarily obtained,which provides some reference experience for peer teaching in colleges and universities with this major.
