Research on the Cultivation of College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability under the Background of New Engineering——With Qilu University of Technology(Shandong Academy of Sciences)as an Example
With the continuous development of the term"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",college students'innovation and entrepreneurship have also received more and more attention from various aspects of society.College students,as the most representative group of this new generation of young students,are the primary driving force of innovation and entrepreneurship in the context of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",and play an important role in promoting social development.Therefore,the cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability has always been concerned.Colleges and universities must export high-quality talents for the benefit of society.Take the"Internet plus"innovation and entrepreneurship contest as an example.Through such contests,college students have begun to become more mature in their thinking and psychological endurance,and show a more rational trend in their employment outlook and innovative thinking,which also has a clearer direction for the future job.However,the current cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability is faced with such problems as lack of awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,lack of innovation and entrepreneurship education,lack of innovation awareness and entrepreneurship talents,and lack of integration of theory and practice in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability.In view of the above problems,the article takes the New Engineering as the research background,with Qilu University of Technology(Shandong Academy of Sciences)as an example,combines the current situation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era environment,and puts forward solutions from the perspectives of building a complete innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,actively changing the teaching mode,giving full play to the role of university associations in the cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship,and improving the guarantee of innovation and entrepreneurship system.
