摘要

随着信息技术的快速发展和教育模式的变革,混合式教学模式在高等教育中得到广泛的应用.以食品生物技术课程为例,探讨混合式教学模式在该课程中的应用效果和影响因素.混合式教学模式能够提高学生的学习成绩、学习动机和学习满意度.然而,混合式教学模式在实践操作和实验训练方面仍存在一定的挑战,需要进一步改进和优化.文章对混合式教学在食品生物技术课程中的应用提出改进和优化的建议,为教育教学实践提供一定的参考和借鉴.

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology and the transformation of educational models,blended leaming has been widely applied in higher education.Taking the course of Food Biotechnology as an example,explore the application effects and influencing factors of blended learning in this course.It is found that blended learning can improve students'academic performance,learning motivation,and satisfaction.However,there are still challenges in practical operations and experimental training in blended leaming,which need further improvement and optimization.It provides suggestions for improving and optimizing the application of blended leaming in the course of Food Biotechnology,providing reference and guidance for educational practices.
