智慧教学工具助力食品工艺学专题/案例式改造

技术改变教育.智慧教学工具改变教学形态的同时也会触及内核,即"以学生为中心的教与学"如何实现?如何促成教师的角色功能转变为引导学习、促进改变、保障学习活动;促使学生以问题为导向,立体认知、学以致用.为满足该内核要求,并适应基于全新软硬件的微课、慕课等新教学形式,该实践利用食品学科固有的多学科交叉性与亲生活向的优越条件,对专业课程进行了专题/案例式改造,获得了一定成效.该实践可为工科类专业课程发掘自身特色,搜集、创作教学资源与素材,使用智慧教学工具进行创新改造提供参考.
Reconstruct Specialized Course in the Form of Topics/Cases with the Assistance of Intelligent Teaching Tools——Taking the Course of"Food Technology"as an example
Technological advancements afford a perspective on the transformation of education.The pedagogical approach has undergone transformation while also impacting the kernel:how to achieve"learner-centered teaching and learning".The role functions of teacher are transformed into guiding learning,promoting change,and ensuring learning activities.Students are problem-oriented to establish stereoscopic cognition,and try to apply what they learn.Based on new software and hardware,in order to meet the requirements and adapt to new teaching forms such as micro-courses and MOOC,this practice has utilized the inherent interdisciplinary and pro-life advantages of food science to reconstruct specialized course in the form of Topics/Cases,and has achieved certain results.It provides a reference for engineering courses to explore their own characteristics,collect and create teaching resources and materials,innovate and transform course by intelligent teaching tools.
