课程思政是培养新时代中国特色社会主人才的关键途径,亟须探索和实施,贯穿整个大学教育阶段.以"发酵食品工艺学"课程为例,以河北工程大学工程教育专业认证为契机,运用OBE理念成果为目标导向原则,将课程思政与教学目标对应的指标点进行挖掘,开展融合思政元素的"发酵食品工艺学"课程教学案例设计及教学内容提升;改进课堂授课过程、课程考核方式、达成度评价等,形成专业特色明显、育人效果突出的产出导向教育体系,提升食品专业大学生专业技能、知识素养、政治觉悟的同时,促进课程教学持续改进.研究结果可为其他课程提供思政教学参考.
Application and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of"Fermented Food Technology"Integrating OBE Concept
Curriculum ideological and political education is the key to cultivate the master talents of the new era with Chinese characteristics,which should be urgently explored and implemented throughout the whole stage of university education.Take the course"Fermented Food Technology"as an example,take the engineering education professional certification of Hebei University of Engineering in our school as an opportunity,use the OBE concept results as the goal-oriented principle,dig the index points corresponding to the course ideology and politics and teaching objectives,and carry out the teaching case design and teaching content improvement of the course"Fermented Food Technology"integrating ideological and political elements;Improve the classroom teaching process,course assessment methods,achievement evaluation,etc.,form an output-oriented education system with obvious professional characteristics and outstanding education effect,improve the professional skills,knowledge and political consciousness of food major college students,and promote the continuous improvement of course teaching.The results can be used as reference for ideological and political teaching in other courses.
