Cultivating morality and cultivating talents is the fundamental task of school education.Teaching reform should be carried out in various professional courses,and ideological and political construction should be carried out to jointly cultivate talents.This article analyzes the problems in the ideological and political construction of pastry specialty courses,and proposes that we should start from the overall professional perspective to carry out planning and construction,and that teachers should strengthen their own ideological and political literacy and professional accumulation,and that teachers can use their own actions to subtly influence and nourish students in silence in teaching.
