Construction and Practice of Liquor-Making Technology Professional Group Based on Deepening Integration of Production and Education
Starting from the connotation of the integration construction of wine liquor-making technology professional group production and education,this paper has analyzed the current situation of the integration construction of professional group production and education,and explored the path of the integration construction of professional group production and education.Based on the needs of local economic development and liquor(food)industry,combined with the actual construction of the school,this paper has explored the path for the construction of wine liquor-making technology professional groups under the background of the integration of industry and education,deepened the integration of industry and education,and promoted the development of wine liquor-making technology professional groups from three aspects:improving the guarantee mechanism for the construction of professional groups,enriching the teaching resource system of professional groups,and improving the evaluation system of professional group construction.As a result,the quality of talent training has been improved,and the transformation and upgrading of Luzhou(food)liquor industry and high-quality development has been helped.
