Exploration of Talent Cultivation of Food Professionals under the Background of New Engineering——Taking the School of Information Engineering of Fuyang Normal University as an Example
The two important indicators of talent training in application-oriented local colleges and universities are"innovation"and"application".How to deepen the reform in innovative education and cultivate the innovative ability of undergraduates is an urgent problem to be solved.To combine the software and hardware teaching resources and development status of Fuyang Normal University's food major,conduct sufficient market research in the context of the new engineering discipline,analyze the current demand for talent in the food industry development and the guiding role of the food industry development trend in future professional talent cultivation and curriculum construction,and explore a suitable talent cultivation path for students majoring in food science and engineering,food quality and safety,and other food related majors.A talent cultivation model aims at cultivating innovative and applied talents that can match the development needs of the food industry for the country and society,and promoting the improvement of students'innovative practical abilities.
