"Instrumental Analysis"course is a foundational course in the field of food quality and safety.Integrating elements of ideology and politics into it is of great significance for cultivating students'comprehensive qualities.Based on the various challenges faced during"Instrumental Analysis"teaching,a course ideology and politics construction strategy system was proposed,focusing on improving teacher quality,adjusting teaching objectives,exploring inherent ideological and political values,and optimizing teaching content.Innovative and patriotic,integrity,and social responsibility-focused teaching cases were designed,aiming to subtly infuse ideological and political content and to achieve a synergistic educational effect.It also provided a new perspective for promoting the deep integration of professional education and ideological and political education.
