工科青年教师作为专业课教学的主力军,其实践教学能力的提升关系到工科创新型卓越人才的培养,而新工科的内涵和特点对工科青年教师的实践教学能力提出了新挑战.文章分析了工科院校青年教师实践教学能力的现状,并探讨其提升对策.高校需深化培养模式改革,努力构建校内平台、校外平台和网络平台"三维一体"培养体系,改革实践教学能力评价考核制度和职称评聘制度等,改善实践教学条件,全方位促进新工科背景下青年教师实践教学能力的提升.
Research on the Countermeasures of Improving the Practical Teaching Ability of Young Engineering Teachers under the Background of New Engineering
As the main force of specialized course teaching,young engineering teachers'practical teaching ability is related to the cultivation of innovative talents in engineering,and the connotation and characteristics of new engineering pose new challenges to young engineering teachers'practical teaching ability.This paper analyzes the present situation of young teachers'practical teaching ability in engineering colleges,and discusses the countermeasures to improve it.Colleges and universities need to deepen the reform of training mode,strive to build a"three-dimensional"training system of on-campus platform,off-campus platform and network platform,reform the evaluation and appointment system of practical teaching ability and professional title,and improve practical teaching conditions,so as to comprehensively promote the promotion of young teachers'practical teaching ability under the background of new engineering.
