Teaching Reform and Practice of"Sports Nutrition"Course in the Context of Great Health
This study is based on the concept of great health,and explores the practice and effectiveness of teaching reform in the"Sports Nutrition"course.Its purpose is to demonstrate the potential of the teaching content of"Sports Nutrition"in cultivating students'comprehensive literacy and adapting to the needs of the era of big health through case analysis and learning effectiveness evaluation,providing reference for the educational community to explore more innovative and adaptable teaching models.By reconstructing teaching concepts,designing and selecting teaching content,and verifying through teaching experiments,the following conclusion is drawn:reconstructing teaching concepts,clarifying teaching objectives,and correctly setting teaching content are the necessary paths to achieve the teaching reform of"Sports Nutrition"course in the context of great health.By comparing the test results before and after the experiment,it can be seen that the setting of"Sports Nutrition"teaching content in the context of general health has an important promoting effect on students'theoretical knowledge of"Sports Nutrition"and the overall level of physical health testing.
