筛选出最高效、最便捷且用时最短的农药残留降解方法.在15类不同食用农产品中加入11种不同浓度的农药,采用不同的物理、化学、微生物等方法对已经加入农药的食用农产品进行降解处理,通过固相萃取,高效液相色谱-质谱联用法(HPLC-MS)等相关试验检验方法考察降解效果.选出能有效降解桂西地区食用农产品中农药残留的方法,并根据降解效率分成6个等级.另外,采用优化后的检测方法检测11种农药,其精密度、稳定性、重复性等相关参数更好.选出的方法能有效降解桂西地区食用农产品中的农药残留,而且搭配几种方法共同使用效果会更好.另外,优化后的检测方法更适合用于检测桂西地区食用农产品中的农药残留含量.
Analysis and Establishment of Degradation Methods for Pesticide Residues in Agricultural Products in Western Guangxi
Screen out the most efficient,convenient,and time-consuming methods for pesticide residue degradation.About 11 different concentrations of pesticides were added to 15 different types of edible agricultural products.Different physical,chemical,and microbiological methods were used to degrade the added agricultural products.The degradation effect was examined through solid-phase extraction,high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS),and other related experimental testing methods.Select methods that can effectively degrade pesticide residues in edible agricultural products in the western Guangxi region,and divide them into six levels based on degradation efficiency.In addition,the optimized detection method was used to detect eleven pesticides,with better parameters such as precision,stability,and repeatability.The selected method could effectively degrade pesticide residues in edible agricultural products in the western Guangxi region,and combined with several methods,the effect would be better.In addition,the optimized detection method was more suitable for detecting pesticide residues in edible agricultural products in the western Guangxi region.
