Determination of 7 Eugenol Residues in Aquatic Products by UPLC-MS/MS
A method for the determination of eugenol,isoeugenol,methyl eugenol,methyl isoeugenol,eugenol acetate,acetyl isoeugenol and ethyl m-aminobenzoate mesylate in aquatic products by isotope internal standard ultra-high performance gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was established.The eugenol anesthetic was extracted by acetonitrile,purified by HLB solid phase extraction column,and confirmed and quantified by ultra-high performance phase chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that 7 kinds of eugenol had good linear(R2>0.99)within a covering 1.0-100 μg/L concentration range.The detection limits of the method were 0.01-0.03 μg/kg,and the limits of quantitation were 0.05-0.1 μg/kg.When the spiked levels were 0.5,10 and 100 μg/kg,the recovery of eugenol anesthetics ranged from 78.4%to 118%,and the relative standard deviation ranged from 2.5%to 8.3%.The method not only had low limit of detection and limit of quantitation,but also had good accuracy and simple operation procedure,which could satisfy the determination of eugenol anesthetic residues in aquatic products.
