摘要

对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定豆干中铝含量的不确定度进行评定,为准确测定豆干中铝含量提供参考依据.比较并分析测量过程中影响不确定度的因素,分析不确定度的来源.豆干中铝含量为91.4±7 mg/kg(k=2),结果表明标准物质、标准溶液配制与稀释、回收率和标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度对测定结果影响较大.

Abstract

The alulium content in dried tofu was measured by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry,and the uncertainty was evaluated,to provide basis for accurate determination of alulium in dried tofu.The factors affecting the uncertainty were compared,and the source of its uncertainty was analyzed.The content of aluminum in dried tofu was 91.4±7 mg/kg(k=2).The results showed that the uncertainty mainly originated from the standard material,standard solution preparation,the rate of recovery and the standard curve fitting.
