Analysis for Oil Composition and Volatile Compounds of Two Regional Characteristic Plants in Xinjiang by GC-MS
The oil of Brassica rapa L.seed was extracted by the Soxhlet extraction method. After methyl esterification, the fatty acids in Brassica rapa L.seed oil were analyzed by CG-MS spectrometry. There were erucic acid(51.64%),oleic acid(18.55%),linoleic acid(10.79%),and arachidonic acid(9.05%)in Brassica rapa L.seed, unsaturated fatty acid was 93.05%,and palmitic acid was the main saturated fatty acid. The volatile oil from Elaeagnus angustifolia flower was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS.The peak area normalization method was used for quantification.Totally 21 compounds were identified and accounted for 96.29%of the total volatile oil, mostly including methyl 10-chloro-10-oxodecanoate(55.27%),ethyl trans cinnamate(31.51%),2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol(4.14%),Azelaic acid diethyl ester(2.01%),ethyl oleate(1.69%),and guaiacol(1.67%).
