Research on Food Classification System of Seasonings Based on Perspective of Food Safety Supervision
Seasoning is an important component of people's daily diet,and its quality and safety are crucial.However,in practical work,it has been found that there are a wide variety of seasonings,new products are emerging one after another,and there are differences between the food classification systems in relevant regulations and standards.This has led to disputes over the classification of some seasonings during sampling,which affects the quality of seasoning sampling data and leads to certain deviations in the evaluation of seasoning food safety status and the identification of potential risks and hidden dangers.In order to clarify the food classification of condiments,to improve the quality and efficiency of food safety sampling inspection,and to promote the high-quality development of food safety sampling inspection,we study the corresponding relationship and difference of condiment classification systems in food safety sampling inspection,condiment production license and national food safety standards,form the corresponding relationship tree among various classification systems,analyze the limitations of condiment sampling inspection classification,and put forward suggestions to guide the condiment sampling inspection,in order to provide reference for seasoning supervision work.
