Honey is rich in nutrition and has a wide range of functions,and is loved by consumers.The quality and safety of honey is the key to protect people's health and benefit honey export trade.Based on the relevant standards,patents and papers for the detection of agricultural and veterinary drug residues in honey,this paper analyzed the methods,drug types and future development trend of detection of agricultural and veterinary drug residues in honey,providing a certain basis for convenient and rapid control of honey quality and safety.
