Development of New Instant Noodle Products Based on Quality Function Deployment
The demand for convenience food among generation Z consumers has grown more varied due to the enhancement of people's living standards in China.Collect and determine product design direction through consumer research,and conduct QFD analysis on the functional requirements,emotional requirements,and social product attributes of the product using the waterfall decomposition model in QFD theory and the method of quality house.It is concluded that in the key process design of research and development,packaging design and consumption methods are the primary key process points,followed by pastry design and seasoning taste,finally,the results of vegetable matching and cost design.A personalized instant noodle product with delicious and trendy taste,as well as social attributes,is developed that can be combined to experience dual cui-sine and share fun,meeting the needs of young consumers.
