The Extraction of Flavonoids from Perilla Stems by Microwave Assisted by Ionic Liquids
The process of extracting flavonoids from perilla stems by ionic liquid-assisted microwave method is optimized to provide a basis for further utilization of perilla stems.Ionic liquids are added to the extraction solvent to assist in the extraction of flavonoids from perilla stems by microwave method. The type and concentration of ionic liquids, the ratio of the total volume of extracted solvent to the mass of medicinal materials, microwave time, and microwave temperature are changed in turn.On the basis of the results of univariate experiments, combined with the design of response surfaces, the optimal extraction condition of single factors is optimized, the optimal conditions of single factors are determined by HPLC,then, the content of caffeic acid, luteolin, rutin, rosmarinic acid and other components is determined by HPLC,and the changes of flavonoid extraction in perilla stems by different methods are explored. The results show that the optimal extraction condition is as follows:microwave power 750 W,material-liquid ratio 1∶30(g/mL),ionic liquid volume ratio 12∶1,and temperature 70 ℃.Comparing the content of the main components in the traditional method and the high-performance liquid phase method,it can be seen that the extraction rate of ionic liquid method is higher than that of traditional methods. The ionic liquid method used to extract flavonoids from perilla stems is feasible.
