Optimization of Preparation Conditions of Chitosan/4-Hydroxybenzaldehyde Composite Film
In this study, the composite film was prepared by mixing chitosan solution with acetic acid and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde solution with ethanol. The optimum process of film made of chitosan and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde was investigated by single factor test combined with orthogonal test with tensile strength as the index. The composite film prepared by optimized process was analyzed by SEM and measured by water contact Angle. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composite film were significantly improved after the addition of 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde.When the addition amount of chitosan and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde was 1.25 g and 1.50 g,respectively, and the baking temperature was 45 ℃,the tensile strength of the composite film reached the maximum value,in which the surface of the composite film prepared by optimizing the process conditions of 0.026 5 MPa was smooth and smooth, and had good hydrophobicity. It could meet its application as a food packaging film.
