摘要

采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定酚类成分,并研究柳叶蜡梅醇提物的体外抗氧化活性.结果表明,柳叶蜡梅醇提物的总酚含量为169.18+2.49 mg/g.柳叶蜡梅醇提物的酚类成分以表儿茶素、杨梅黄素、儿茶素、芦丁和绿原酸含量较高.柳叶蜡梅醇提物对2,2-二氮-双(3-乙基苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)铵盐(ABTS)自由基、羟自由基、1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的半数清除浓度(IC50)分别是8.98 µg/mL,16.21 mg/mL,46.10 μg/mL和2.85 mg/mL,并且具有一定还原能力.柳叶蜡梅是开发天然食品抗氧化剂的良好来源.

Abstract

The phenolic components of Chimonanthus salicifolius ethanol extract were analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and the triple-quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The in vitro antioxidant activity of Chimonanthus salicifolius ethanol extract was evaluated.The results showed that the content of total polyphenol was 169.18±2.49 mg/g in the Chimonanthus salicifolius ethanol extract.The Chimonanthus salicifolius ethanol extract could effectively scavenge the 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)(ABTS),hydroxyl,1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH),and superoxide anion free radicals with the median inhibition concentration(IC50)values of 8.98 μg/mL,16.21 mg/mL,46.10μg/mL,and 2.85 mg/mL,respectively.The Chimonanthus salicifolius ethanol extract also had a reduction capacity.The Chimonanthus salicifolius is a good ingredient for the development of natural antioxidants in food products.
