聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)简称聚酯,该包装材料在食品领域被广泛应用,文章介绍了在食品包装应用中PET瓶的优势以及在常规使用过程中降解产生乙醛进一步迁移至食品中的过程.从乙醛扩散机理、乙醛迁移检测方法、迁移规律、迁移方式等方面介绍了乙醛迁移行为的相关研究进展.
Research Progress of Acetaldehyde Migration Behavior in Food Packaging Material Polyester(PET)
Polyester(PET)packaging materials are widely used in the field of food.This paper introduces the advantages of PET bottles in food packaging applications and the degradation of acetaldehyde in the process of routine use,further migration to food.The research progress of acetaldehyde migration behavior is introduced from the aspects of acetaldehyde diffusion mechanism,acetaldehyde migration detection method,migration rule and migration mode.
