Some Thoughts on the Course Teaching of"Instrumental Analysis"
"Instrumental Analysis"is a professional basic course of food quality and safety major.The teaching of this course has problems such as difficult theoretical learning and lack of practical operation.Based on the teaching situation of"Instrumental Analysis",this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the teaching process,and discusses the reform of teaching/study/examination,the application of theoretical knowledge,the integration of ideological and political education.It aims to increase students'learning enthusiasm and teaching effectiveness,to effectively integrate into ideological and political courses,and to improve students'sense of responsibility,mission and professional ethics.At the same time,it is in order to deepen the communication with peers and to provide a certain reference for the teaching of"Instrumental Analysis"course.
