产教融合背景下产业学院协同育人模式探索

在国家深化产教融合的背景下,"校中企、企中校"的产业学院作为高校与企业深度融合的产物应运而生,产业学院作为面向特定产业培养高素质应用型、创新型技术技能人才的平台,有利于打通从科技强、技术强到企业强、产业强的通道,也是促进校企更高水平合作共赢的重要载体.产业学院作为新生事物,一边系着高校应用型人才培养,另一边系着企业创新和高质量发展,发挥好产业学院的双向对接职能需要不断探索.从全产业链、全教育链、全创新链3个方面阐述产业学院的建设思路与方向,建好产业学院关键在于构建高校与企业利益共同体,形成稳固长效的互利共赢合作机制,促进校企产教融合与供需双向紧密联结.
Exploration of a Collaborative Education Model in Industrial Colleges in the Context of Integration of Industry and Education
In the context of China's deepening efforts to integrate education and industry,industrial colleges,characterized by a symbiotic relationship between academia and industry,have emerged as a product of the profound integration of academia and the corporate sector.These industrial colleges serve as platforms for nurturing highly competent,applied,and innovative technical talents,specifically tailored to various industries.They facilitate the transition from a strong focus on science and technology and the development of robust technical skills to the establishment of strong businesses and industries.Furthermore,industrial colleges play a pivotal role in advancing higher-level,mutually beneficial collaborations between educational institutions and businesses.Industrial colleges,as a relatively new concept,play a dual role.They are intrinsically connected to the cultivation of applied talents within higher education while also driving innovation and high-quality development within the corporate sector.Effectively leveraging the dual-directional role of industrial colleges requires ongoing exploration.This paper elaborates on the conceptual framework and direction of industrial college development from three main perspectives of the entire industry chain,the complete educational continuum,and the comprehensive innovation network.The successful establishment of industrial colleges hinges on building a common interest community between higher education institutions and businesses,resulting in a robust and long-lasting mutually beneficial cooperative mechanism.This,in turn,enhance the integration of education-industry collaboration and foster a closely-knit,two-way connection between supply and demand.
