"Food Technology"is an important professional basic course for food science and engineering majors.Integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching process is a powerful measure to realize moral education and value guidance in professional courses under the new concepts and directions of higher education.Starting from the teaching practice of ideological and political education in the course of"Food Technology",delve into the elements of ideological and political education,design teaching reform methods,elaborate on teaching reform design ideas,exploration and implementation of teaching reform,evaluation of teaching reform,etc.,and enhance students'sense of responsibility Harmony with family and country,in order to enhance the educational function of"Food Technology"and to provide new ideas and approaches for the teaching reform of this course under the new situation.
