摘要

以应用型本科创新人才培养目标为导向,基于OBE理念为指导,通过对食品生物化学课程教学内容进行优化,实施灵活多样的教学方法、丰富数字化教学资源、注重课程思政建设和改革考核评价体系等,提升学生参与教学过程的信心和能力,培养学生自主学习的积极性和实践创新能力,探索食品科学专业食品生物化学课程教学改革与创新,促进应用型、创新型的卓越人才的培养.

Abstract

With the goal of cultivating innovative talents in applied undergraduate education and guided by the OBE educational philosophy,aim to optimize the teaching content of the Food Biochemistry course.Through the implementation of diverse and flexible teaching methods,enrich digital teaching resources,emphasis on the integration of ideological and political education into the curriculum,as well as reforming the assessment and evaluation system,enhance students'confidence and abilities in participating in the teaching process.Moreover,strive to foster students'enthusiasm for independent learning and their capacity for practical innovation.By exploring the reform and innovation of the Food Biochemistry course in the field of food science,promote the cultivation of outstanding talents in applied and innovative fields.
