摘要

线上线下混合教学模式是一种全新的教学方式,对于单一教学模式的教育具有借鉴改进价值.OBE是一种以学生为中心,以产出为导向,持续改进的先进教育理念.聚焦实际教学,探索OBE教育理念和线上线下混合教学模式在"食品营养学"课程学习中的应用,对提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,提升学习效果,提高学生综合分析问题、解决问题、沟通表达和团队协作能力,以及课程目标的达成、专业人才的培养具有重要意义.

Abstract

The blended online-merge-offline teaching mode is a new teaching method that has reference and improvement value for education with a single teaching mode.Outcome-Based Education is an advanced educational concept that is student-centered,output-oriented,and continuous improvement.Focusing on practical teaching,exploring the application of OBE education concept and blended online-merge-offline teaching mode in the learning of"Food Nutrition"course is of great significance for improving students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning,enhancing learning effectiveness,enhancing students'ability of comprehensive analysis,problem-solving,communication and teamwork abilities,as well as achieving course objectives and cultivating talents in this field.
